Introducing the MachOne

The Fastest Inner Diameter Inspection System for Heat Exchangers and Boilers

At Sound Wave Inspection Systems, we are thrilled to introduce the MachOne, our latest innovation in ultrafast tube inspection technology. Designed with cutting-edge advancements, the MachOne sets a new benchmark in the industry, offering unparalleled speed and reliability for inner-diameter inspections of heat exchangers and boilers.

Unmatched Speed

The MachOne is powered by advanced proprietary algorithms that enable it to deliver inspection speeds never before seen in the industry. Each tube can be thoroughly inspected in just 3 to 6 seconds, significantly reducing the time required for full system inspections. This ultrafast performance ensures that even in the most demanding environments, downtime is minimized, and operational efficiency is maximized.

Vastly Improved Characteristics

Exceptional Leak Detection:

Capable of detecting leaks as small as 0,5mm in diameter, ensuring unparalleled accuracy in identifying potential issues.

Outstanding Blockage Detection: Efficiently identifies blockages, starting from as little as 2% of the inner cross-section.

Effective Wall Loss Detection: Detects wall loss starting from 20% on pit diameters of 3mm or larger, enhancing the safety and reliability of your operations.

Extended Detection Range: Offers up to 40m leak and full blockage detection (80m from both sides) and up to 20m for partial blockage and wall loss 2 (40m from both sides).

Wide Range of Diameters: Accommodates inner diameters ranging from 7mm to 76mm (3 inches), offering broad application potential.

All Tube Types Found in Heat Exchangers: Suitable for inspecting every tube type commonly found in heat exchangers, including all tube shapes (U-bend, fin-fan, twisted, spiral...). It is compatible with all materials such as ferromagnetic and non-ferromagnetic metals, as well as graphite and plastics.
